Our family had a comfortable stay for two nights at this nice apartment close to a cave rather than a homestay and beautiful long beach, many restaurants and bars, spa. They offered us good choice of options for breakfast, it was particularly nice. Room was impressive and perfect little, had 2 queen size beds. Most importantly the staff were consistently courteous and really good.

The hotel offered an amazing experience during my New Year stay. I was delighted to find out that there were complimentary room upgrades available. This was a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was a key highlight. It was conveniently located close to the beach, allowing easy access for leisurely walks and relaxation. Lastly, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Despite the positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. the walls between the rooms were quite thin, leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

We had a great time at Under The Coconut Tree Homestay! The owner, Jake, was so helpful and gave us fantastic tips for local trips. We rented motorbikes and easily explored Hoi An and Da Nang. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious. The beach was just a short walk away and it was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this homestay.
